Please contact me direct to arrange a booking or if you wish to discuss any medical conditions in advance. On your first visit we will be spending approx 15 mins to go over a consultation form.  

For consecutive visits, consultation is kept brief. It will simply be an opportunity to catch up with how you are and any changes.

Three to four consecutive sessions every two to three weeks are, for most people, sufficient to experience some of the benefits that massage can offer. Moving forwards, regular

monthly sessions can have long lasting benefits for general wellbeing.
